Pastor Miller looks forward to the services that are held in the jails and prison's he gets to go into. He has a God given passion to reach the souls that have gone down wrong roads and made wrong choices. He has said many times that if just one more soul is rescued from hell, then it is all worth while.
The Prison outreach of Victory Thru Truth Ministries gives Brother Miller the oportunity to go into the Wakulla Correctional Institute and the Wakulla County Jail in Wakulla County Florida.
Brother Miller sits on the Board of Directors of Second Touch Ministries. Second Touch is a ministry where prisoners can recieve Bibles and literature and hope for a better life not only while they are serving their sentences but when they get out of prison.
Even though a man or woman is imprisoned in the instutions, they have never been more free than when they have a personal relationship with Jesus, the Christ.
